Finalmente, conheceremos as mais prováveis a serem nomeadas como as melhores produções dos últimos tempos. Premiação considerada o Oscar da TV, a edição 2022 do Emmy Awards será a 74ª da história e está marcada para acontecer em setembro deste ano.

As votações acontecem em 12 e 22 de agosto e, entre os vencedores, serão escolhidos um dos nomes das respectivas categorias consideradas pela Academia Norte-Americana de Televisão. Succession, da HBO Max, é o que mais se destaca entre os indicados, por ter recebido 25 indicações.
Além disto, destacam-se outros dois casos os quais, respectivamente, um é do Apple TV+ e outro da HBO Max: Ted Lasso e The White Lotus, ambos com 20 indicações cada, entre as categorias consideradas pelo Emmy.
